Nottingham Races

2.00 MansionBet Nursery Handicap (Jockey Club Grassroots Nursery Qualifier) (Class 5)

Leapers Wood This is what I said July 22-07-19, when I tipped Dick Datchery to win at 6/1 . by Garswood so this ground may Improve his last 2 runs but that Rayong form is looking less and less like it was thought at Carlisle, one thing positive maybe it is the trainer’s whos suddenly went badly out of form? this gives this one a chance here a decent family two runs, Trainer in and Out but when he’s in he’s in. one to watch I’d say with maybe play late if he runs on because if that happens maybe he goes close, Trainer in Better form, Hard to beat today, 15/8. any softening of the ground in a fast run race will enhance chances for in running players.

Coastal Mist by Guitafan, The Dams Bred 3 winners, and she won on debut and as a 3yo over a mile and later on won on Heavy, Form overall give this Half decent colt a Chance on Form, Pedigree to me is more revealing to his capabilities. Chances in Open race

Stars In The night Second foal, The dam Won on Debut, she was Highly Tried Related to Winner in Hungary over 6f, the 2nd dam won over 1m 10f, but this one seems to have been bred for speed, Will win Races over 5f I feel.

Daddies Diva by Coach House whose getting winners as a stallion, I gave this filly a big Mention in May won 20/1, I wont rule out here at big prices likes this track, on soft a big plus! Apprentice take of 7, would have to have things go her way but not out of this by any means.

Execlusive by Kodiak! The dam has bred 5 winners best 106rpr, this Filly hasn’t Stopped winning, conditions today may not suit ! but never say never

What A Business A March Colt by Gregorian, Looking at the Pedigree, will win races at Ripon Beverly or the AW Chelmsford, Lingfield. worst runs have been on flat tracks like Today, Ripons Undulations seemed to suit well.

only 7/2 here so someone thinks he will go well.

Little Ted Little Ted by Cityscape, a Judmonte stallion who started his career very late as a stallion of 52 winners to date, the dam bred a fast Horse, the second dam has bred winners at OK Levels, 83/84 rpr. I’d say is handicapped to win here but will do much better as an older sprinter at 5f maybe 6. EW Chance.

War Of Clans War Of Clans  by Ivawood one of Zebedee’s best Sons! Is Handicapped to win this, this Horse has a nice page, The Dam & 2nd Dam bred winners, is related to some decent sorts, If I was Training this one I maybe would have waited for Sept Debut, but on Pedigree would like fast ground and I think this Horse will make a very Nice 3yo Handicapper on fast ground.  I think the Key to Ivawood and Zebedee although Early themselves is to wait till they fill out & Grow, you’ll see the best of them I think then, But hey I’m not breeder or Trainer so what do I Know?

Northern Grace March Foal By Helmut, Sire of World cup winner Thunder snow, the second dam won twice and bred three Decent winners 102rpr, No reason to think this Filly cant win a race in her own age group possibly at 3 in a 5f 3yo Handicap. needs to find 6-pounds even off this weight to trouble them today, but I wont rule anything out from this Marvelous Trainer.

Quarrystreetmagic by Zebedee out of a German Dam who seemed pretty smart, winning 3 of her 4 races, Zebedee does get early winners depending on his Book of Mares, But even though he was Early Himself, I do think his best crops are the ones that win at Autumn or as 3yo and Upwards, This filly is Looking for a mark and is not fooling me by any stretch, the pedigree screams winner over a mile!! at a decent level despite three poor runs. will win races at 80 or above later, after earlier wins of 60+

TIP Coastal Mist 4/1 sp bet is 2pts win Cover bet 3 places at 9/4 on pro markets or b365 more markets, most firms have Pro markets today, gets 2nd or 3rd our 2pts is returned to play another day.

2.30 MansionBet British EBF Novice Median Auction Stakes (Class 5)

A weak race where the fav should win on pedigree form for speed ill use Spotlight from Racingpost.com please see his work I don’t usually use much of others work but in cases where I am looking to go faster and the race doesn’t mean much ill copy spotlights work and credit him for it.

Bad Attitude …. b c Canford Cliffs (IRE) – Cry Freedom (IRE) (Acclamation (GB) Picked up for 1,500gns as a yearling and made low-key debut when ninth of ten at Lingfield (7.6f, good to firm) ten days ago.

Cloud Drift b c Toronado (IRE) – Humdrum (GB) (Dr Fong (USA)) Out of a very useful 7f-1m winner; displayed clear promise when fourth of 11 on debut at Chepstow (7f, good) last month and was denied clear run when second at Beverley (7.4f, good) a fortnight ago; sets a fairly useful standard and should be hard to beat.

Full Strength ch c Helmet (AUS) – Cafe Express (IRE) (Bertolini (US Well-beaten 40-1 shot on both starts, the latter at Doncaster (7f, soft) ten days ago; upped in trip with cheekpieces added here. Full Strength ch c Helmet (AUS) – Cafe Express (IRE) (Bertolini (US

Green Book b c Authorized (IRE) – Mantissa (GB) (Oratorio (IRE)) Out of an Italian 1m 2yo Listed winner; showed some early speed on debut at Doncaster (7f, good) in June but weakened out of contention from over 2f out; needs to take a big step forward here. Green Book b c Authorized (IRE) – Mantissa (GB) (Oratorio (IRE))

Sophar Sogood b g French Navy (GB) – Cloud Break (GB) (Dansili (GB Wore cheekpieces (now removed) when a down-the-field 50-1 shot on debut at Wolverhampton (7f, AW) four weeks ago; difficult to enthuse over. Sophar Sogood b g French Navy (GB) – Cloud Break (GB) (Dansili (GB

Merryweather by Dunadin the 2nd Dam produced 8 winners in france and Germany 108rpr best, Will win races and this is the right Trip Ground to be starting off at, Possibly need the run on foaling? so value may be elswhere for the exacta

Sunshine Fantasy by Make Believe, The dam has Produced some High class winners and won herself I remember this Dam well On Debut for one of My Favorite Trainers Alec Stewart, Michael Roberts stable jockey, This Dam Elshaams, was pretty useful, the page is Fantastic = Sunshine fantasy, if this one didn’t run poor on Debut Id say would win this race.

TIP Sunshine Fantasy without fav or EW Fun Stakes 1/4PT

Ffos Las Races

2.45 Ffos Las Welcomes Jean Delarre Novice Stakes (Class 5)

Arabian Moon by Al Kazeem, has a fantastic Pedigree the 2nd Dam and relatives over 6f, this is a stretch for me on Pedigree but may just want a mark to go back to 6f? Very much think so but I could be wrong, On Pedigree id have to say they would have to go pretty slow and Arabian Moons class could win this race watch In Running for pace of race, a good pace I doubt has the stamina.

Hexagon by Acclamation, ran three times, Looks speedily bred Id be concerned with the Ground late on, still has chances on form.

Jack Ruby by Havana Gold the 2nd Dam Bred winners over a trip Dam Unraced, Interesting Pedigree, Id say has chances to come into this race late on and Possibly winning chance,

Ventura Bounty by Dabrasim, Half sister to German winner, the dam Did not win, but didn’t have many Opportunities, should like the ground on Pedigree with a win chance

Stop Going On by Guitafan, Half sister to a winner over a mile, The second dam Bred decent winners some over the Jumps, Very Interesting Mix on Pedigree and I wont rule out a good run on Debut from this Yard. possibly a suprise winner but could win none the Less,

TIP Jack Ruby 18/1 fun stakes… Exactas three possible for me? Ventura Bounty Jack Ruby fun Ventura Bounty Stop Going On, Ventura Bounty Arabian Moon.

TIP Ventura Flame 6/1 1/2pt ew exacta Meccas Hot Steps, COMBO 35/1 1/4PT

Ventura Flame is Possibly paying for Royal Ascot, I am astounded given the foaling this one went so well early On, I feel although has weight to carry , pedigree will handle soft, Heavy? Same Applies to Meccas Hot Steps, any other runner would probably come into this late with pedigrees that have a bit stamina

6.45 Matchbook EBF Future Stayers’ Novice Stakes (Plus 10 Race) (Sire And Dam Restricted Race)

Bodyline

Holmgarth by Youmzan and bred to stay so may make late Inroads but possibly Outclassed on Pedigree. sure to go well in future races over a trip at 3yo upwards.

Viceregent by Nathaniel, the dam won over 10f Sure to win races possibilities, ground Unknown should win races over 1 mile +

Frankel’s Storm first foal, by Frankel the dam was a thorough High class stayer who won on heavy over 2 miles, this test will be right up one street.

Tulip Fields by Golden Horn out of a stamina Influenced Dam the second dam won a gp 2 from the family of Sheikh Mohammad Bloodstock Studs,

tip FRANKEL’S STORM 6/4 1PT Looks between three, Frankel’s Storm the dam is bred for this Frankel’s storm? don’t be surprised if you see this name win the Ascot Gold cup one day is bred to win this race and the Oaks, Although I respect the fav by Golden Horn! sure to be smart from a smart family like the tip, I just like that extra bit stamina in my pick of the MKJ Duo. I wont be surprised of both go on to group prizes given the Impeccably fine, pages.

Lingfield AW, STANDARD Watch out for the Tight Last Bend.

5.30 Visit attheraces.com Novice Stakes (Class 5)

Cool Sphere Bred to be fast on Dirt /Turf from a fantastic US Stallion, theirs Stamina in there too so I suppose different training ways could eek out further wins upped in trip 6 7f. Only Suprise is How hasn’t won a race?

Merchants Breath March foal by Bated Breath, out of a US Family Bred for this Test on the AW, Not a bad AW Page sure to win races over 5f on the AW.

Momentum Swing by Dark Angel, The Dam was Top class, Sure to win races? Possibly better than Stable mate on Ability but Greenness on debut by foaling is to be expected, Sure fire second time winner on Pedigree.

Blue Venture By Bated Breath, has a fantastic page, Bred to win decent races over 6f plus, has ran twice down the fields, looking for a mark to exploit so not today maybe. but don’t be surprised if wins at 75 to 90 as a 3yo.

Lady Phyllis A March foal by Coach House, More speed Introduced to an already fast family, Bred to win over 5 furlongs On Debut, Trainer However not known for having them revved up, but on Pedigree why wouldn’t you change your Training Tactics for the this Pedigree? I can see No reason why this Horse shouldn’t win this race if ready

Lady Tati by Charm Spirit a stallion I like may have Injected some speed, I think this Filly may have been showing a lot of speed even though the family are 7f+ to be running here, if not then maybe will need to run/Experience! before stepping up in trip on grass in the Autumn on Autumn Turf.

tip. Lady Phyllis 50/1 1/4pt fun bet EW SAVE Merchants Breath 12/1 1/4 pt ew.. On Trainers I’m Asking a lot, but on Pedigrees this pair are fantastic Value, it may go down to the two Cowell Runners, but on Pedigrees the two I am Picking are Equal, its a punt for sure and wont put anyone off the fav? it most likely will win. but hey lets have some fun?
